I may as well get the forums started on a positive note. Can people please provide feedback on what benefits they have received from tracking systems.

It is one thing for a sales rep to say that tracking systems are essential, but I fundamentally believe that tracking systems are one of the best tools that CSSD and theatres have to make life easier.

Or this forum could rapidly descend into the "10 things I hate most" forum.

So, for those with a tracking system, would you ever go back to a manual system?
